Purpose:
To welcome the families into our faith Community
To support the parents as the first teachers of their children in their faith development
To baptize the infant into the Catholic faith

Guidelines:
All Baptisms take place during the Mass on a weekend. This may be at the 5:00 p.m. Mass on Saturdays, or 8:00 a.m. or 10:00 a.m. on Sunday

Parents must attend one preparation class (1½ hours) and a rehearsal prior to the Baptism

Expectant parents are welcome to attend the class before their child is born

Baptisms take place 6 times a year at our parish

Families must be registered members of St. Joseph Parish.

Membership:
Information regarding the Baptismal dates is published in the Bulletin. A family may register by a calling the Parish Office (265-8938)
