		Funeral Dinners

		Contact Person: Nancy McDaid Purpose: To provide assistance with a meal for the family and friends of a deceased member of the parish on the day of the funeral. Activities: Lend support to families during times of grieving To provide a funeral dinner, if needed Volunteers are called, as needed to prepare a dish for the funeral dinner and/or to help set up, serve and clean up after the dinner. Special Needs of Committee: We could use younger people to assist in set up and clean up. Normally meals are served around 11:30 a.m. and clean up is finished between 2:00 and 2:30. Meetings: Meetings are not necessary for this committee to carry out its ministry.
